Hi, I am afraid I have not heard about this muffin. It sounds like a unique muffin the bakery has made, not a typical known Norwegian muffin. Was it vanilla cream? The most known Norwegian bakery with vanilla cream is skolebolle, school bun, with vanilla cream in the center and topped with icing sugar and shredded coconu. Best regards, Trude

My husband and I just returned from a vacation in Norway and loved it.
We had Tilslorte Bondepiker at a restaurand and am so happy to have the
recipe. Thank you. Would love any other yummy recipes from Norway.
